Consulting services are billed upon agreement signing (50% deposit) with the balance due upon delivery of final deliverables, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month.
Nexus Deal Engine subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions can be managed, upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time through the account settings dashboard.
Refund Policy: Consulting services include a revision guarantee. Nexus subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days if fewer than 3 analyses have been used. Enterprise and custom engagements are governed by individual agreement terms.
